Phoebe's routine every day after school: Run inside, change clothes, grab jump rope and hula hoop, run outside and do both until she a) gets blisters on her hands, or b) gets a stiff neck (you'll see why in the next post).

Phoebe has been playing a lot of tennis lately with her daddy. Last Sunday Ludo got the ball machine out so he could take a break!
